Can't delete a dead shortcut link in Game folder

I dragged a game .exe to the Start menu game folder. But it didn't work. Now it shows in the game folder with a blank icon. I can't run it and I can't right click on it even if I open the game folder with Explorer (not like other working game shortcut which I can right click and choose hide or sth).

Thank you. How do I get rid of it...It's been there for 2 weeks and I had hoped it could disappear by itself...
