Everytime I play games, every now and then, my screen would glitch out and the sound would be messed up. It would last for a couple of seconds and then the game would resume as normal. I'm thinking it's the ram or graphics card.

This looks like your graphics card is dying, from the pixels on random spots you're seeing, could you have a look at your temperature of your graphics card and everything else with real temp and post a picture of it

In case of a laptop, try connecting an external monitor to this laptop and check if you still get the same error. Else if it’s a desktop, try connecting the monitor to another unit and check the pixel problem with it. You can even try running the Hardware Diagnostics.

I would suggest updating BIOS, if it’s not updated. After this try booting your system in “Safe mode with Networking” and check if the symptom still occurs.
If the issue still persists, try creating a New User account and check if the issue still persist in new user account or not.
