Windows 7: AppCrash when playing Driver San Francisco

Hello everyone,
I have been playing driver San Francisco and I have been having Application Crashes. This only happens during ONE point which is that part which Tanner gets a Chevrolet Camaro SS and goes to the bomb site. Just a little while after that, the Application Crashes.



I have an AMD HD 5450 Graphics Card, Windows 7 Professional OS and 3.25 GB of usable RAM. My screen resolution is 1366x768. I also have overclocked my Graphics card with the AMD Overdrive Facility in the Catalyst Control Center. I also tried reducing the graphics settings of the game with and without overclocking, but nothing happens. I also turned Anti-Aliasing off.

The attachment 'Crash.png' shows the moment of the AppCrash and the attachemtn 'Overclocked.png' shows the AMD Catalyst Control Center open in the AMD Overdrive mode.

If I do not get a solution for this, I will not be able to continue my game.... Please help me.
