I had the x64 running on version 1.0 when I updated to version 1.21 it started crashing.
You have to run the Crysis64.exe in the Bin64 folder as adminstrator

Working with minor issues on Windows 7 x64:

Thief Gold - patch 1.33, use ForceCore or Task Manager to force the game to use only 1 CPU. I have Intel Indeo 5 installed, no codec packs, ForceWare 191.07 drivers.

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 build 7601

Dragon Age: Origins working on Windows 7 x64 rtm altough i get a weird stuttering every second that lasta like 0.2sec but i guess thats cause of bad ATi drivers as always ...

I have DA: Origins working perfectly well on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with a pair of GTX260s - so I agree that it is probably an ATI issue - ~JG

Can anybody tell the difference in Crysis between running the 64 and the 32? I think that's the only game I have (Crysis Warhead actually not Crysis) that has a 64 exe file to launch.

The x64 file will make use of RAM past 4GB...

If you have over 4GB, are running x64, and are using the 64 bit executable, you will have the smoothest gameplay possible

It may actually be just the crysis.exe in the bin64 folder that needs to be run as admin and not the crysis64.exe

I actually have both .exe's in the bin64 folder set to run as admin and both are set to run for Vista SP2 compatibility, although from previous installations only one of the .exe's needs to be run as admin - I always forget which needs what (sorry for the confusion)
