GTA Vice City works, but you must Disable Visual Themes and Desktop Composition.
Also run it in XP SP3 compat mode and Run as Admin.

Let me see here.... this is my own personal experience. My copy of Windows 7 Home Premium is 64-bit and was pre-installed on this PC

    works fine:

    Duke Nukem Manhattan Project
    Return To Castle Wolfenstein
    Star Trek Elite Force II
    Plants Vs Zombies
    Half-Life 2
    Portal
    Garry's Mod 11
    Postal 2
    Ys The Oath In Felghana
    Serious Sam 2
    Doom 3
Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth
    Halo
    Cave Story Deluxe
    BSNES- high-requirement SNES emulator

Minor issues. Might be due to Aero incompatibility but shutting it off doesn't seem to help. Could be my monitor or onboard graphics as well. Issues are color depth, text, etc.:

    Neighbours From Hell
    Neighbours From Hell 2
    MapleStory
    Plantasia
    Westward
    - unplayable in full screen mode thanks to the text being mangled. Fine in windowed mode

    Problem games-

The Simpsons Hit & Run - load times make it unplayable. Literally seems to want to take 10 minutes to load a level. I do not believe this is a problem specific to Windows 7.
Max Payne- will NOT install due to a 16-bit installer
Blood 2- will NOT install due to a 16-bit installer
Ys VI Ark of Napishtim- installs fine. Will NOT load nor will the game patches work, therefore I can't even install the english translation patch. Applocale was needed to run this game in Windows XP, but that doesn't seem to work in Windows 7.

Not fully tested. I have booted the game to the menu and everything seems fine so far, but I have not had time to play them yet:

    Serious Sam First Encounter
    Serious Sam Second Encounter
    Shadow Man
    Oni
Kiss Psycho Circus: The Nightmare Child

Yup, x64 is working great for me too. Not sure if x86 works or not...

Modern Warfare 2 works on my w7x64, however, it freezes at startup and have to wait around 5mins for it to magically unfreeze.

Blood 2: The Chosen runs fine but you have to manually install it. I've posted a thread detailing how to do so.

Not quite. There are plenty of people having issues with the game periodically crashing (myself included), however it's not just a Seven issue.
