System Shock 2 Does work on Windows 7 (Home x64). It isn't however multi-cpu friendly, so you will have to force Process Affinity to one CPU core in Task Manager.

IGI-2 Covert Strike patched to 1.3 (UK) works fine without permissions on x64

Quantum of Solace, Watchmen:The End is Nigh, Avatar, Resident Evil 5 works just fine.

GTA: San Andreas works with x86, even with mods (CLEO, custom models, etc.). If you have UAC enabled, you'll need to run it with admin privileges.

And do you guys also include very old games in the list? I just tested Megaman Legends, a game I used to love as a kid, and it works like a charm (on x86).
