Since switching over to Windows 7 RTM x64 from Vista x64 I have noticed my games no have black bars on the side. Some do not. In paticular 18 Wheel of Steel American Long Haul,Emergency 4,and Roller Coster Tycoon 2 will not play in full screen as they did in vista. I have searched all over the net, and this seems to be a very common issue with Crisis, and the fixes listed did not apply or did not work. It is incredibly annoying trying to play them in widescreen and the games all have there resolution of 1680x1050 set in there options but the black pars persist. I thought it may be a driver issue as Emergency 4(EM4) in particular is picky about drivers on certain machines, however, the latest Win 7 x64 driver is the same as the Vista driver, and it is the same driver I used under Vista with no resolution problems.
So if any one could please help me I would much appreciate it. I can not recall ALL the things i have tried but I tried various scaling options from the Nvidia Control Panel. None of them worked. I tried a few others but i forgot what they were.
