Windows 7: Suggest for a new GPU

Due to recent crashes when Gaming, I think the problem is my Graphics card. I need something to work with my Clevo X7200. Currently I have a AMD Radeon HD 6970 2GB GDDR5 installed.

Which would be the best option for replacing this card without huge amount of hassle. I don't mind working my Desktop, but I hate the thought of going into that cramped space within a laptop. Although to be fair I haven't really opened up the Clevo yet.



Any help would be apprenticed.

None. It isn't like a desktop where you can just go to any retail or online shop and pick up a video card. In the case of yours it should be socketed and not soldered which means it can be changed, but like I said finding one is another story.

If it really is the card that is failing I would be contacting the laptop manufacturer about a warranty return.
