Hello, whenever i try to start BF3 this immediately pops up,

Ive googled around and have found no answer, my System specs are down below, and my video card drivers are fully updated,

See if the reinstall solves it. If you are having a partitioned drives ,remember that origin and bf3 need to be on the same drive and partition as the operating system. Did you update the game through origin .
I used the retail disk of BF3 to install it and everything worked smoothly for me , even though while starting the game , it messaged me to update my drivers but i didn't update it and it still worked fine for me.
