Skyrim on ultra with 12gb RAM

Hi, I'm thinking of buying Asus g75vw 12gb RAM version, will these specs make Skyrim run on ultra settings with no lag?

Operative - Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Edition

    CPU - Intel Core i7 (3. generation) 3610QM / 2.3 GHz

    RAM - 12 GB ( 3 x 4 GB )

    Harddrive - 750 GB Hybrid Drive / 7200 rpm

    Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670M - 3 GB GDDR5 SDRAM

    Speed - 1600MHz

    Thanks for answers :)

That computer would have no problem running it.

You should be fine. I'm not sure about Ultra, as it may bottleneck a bit at the CPU. But, you should be fine.

Likely be issues if modded with and/or the official HD pack. The 670M may not be able to handle that much.

With my stats I can ply on Ultra, with plenty of mods.

To be honest, don't be a little surprised if the game still lags in some areas. It's a game engine thing. But yes, your reported system spec will do fine with the game. BTW I run at ultra with some settings lowered, and though I get lag in certain areas for the most part the game runs fine for me. See my system specs.

    Here's my game settings...

Am i right in thinking this is a Laptop?

The "M" (For Mobile) aren't anywhere near as good as performing as the real deal for PC's etc.

Even so, it should (By rights) run it pretty well. But expect it to get rather warm with all that lot squished in to a small housing.

Didn't catch that at first but yes, that appears to be a laptop with some pretty nice specs for gaming purposes.

And yeah, heat could be cause for concern.
