Just Cause 2, Integrated Graphics Help

Hey guys, I just downloaded 'Just Cause 2' from 'Steam'. I checked on this website Game-Debate and it showed me that I can run it on low-med but when I downloaded I get this error:

Fatal DirectX error!
Code: 15
Result: 0x80070057: E_INVALIDARG

The game will now exit. Try starting the game with /failsafe if the problem persist.

Please can anyone help. My specs are:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T6500 2.1 GHz
GPU: Intel GM45 Express Chipset
RAM: 2GB DDR2
OS: Windows 7 32-Bit
DirectX: DirectX 11

If any more information is needed, I can tell you.

Found these on Google...

Fatal DirectX error! Code 15 - Eidos Forums

You receive a "0x80070057 (E_INVALIDARG) returned by vbscript!GetTypeInfo()" error message when you try to start the VBScript engine from a C++-based program on a Windows XP Service Pack 2-based computer

There's always information needed when you are asking for help... try to be a thorough as possible, Vague information does not help.

Example... tell us if how you went ahead and install the game, tell us whether you install or updated your video and audio drivers, tell us what version of audio and video drivers you have, don't forget to say whether the game asked you to install DirectX at some point and whether you did or did not do it.
