    SimCity on Windows 7

I have been a Sims 3 fan and player for the longest time. I have been noticing the game getting buggier and buggier by every update and it gets more frustrating to play each time. I am thinking about looking elsewhere for PC gaming entertainment. Does or has anybody played SimCity 4 or any SimCity games on Windows 7? If so, it is compatible and stable?

I've tried playing SimCity 3000 on W7, but I don't think I had it working. 4000 should work on Windows 7.

Though I have to say that 2,000 was the best one in the series. I'm surprised they haven't made anymore SimCities.

I'm really thinking I need to switch to some other PC game just because The Sims 3 seems more buggy than it used to be. The game performance is SLOW and almost every update released someone is having an issue with their game not doing this, or that, or crashing, or freezing...the list goes on. I was gonna buy the newest expansion pack out, Seasons, but the more I thought about it, it probably won't help the slowness of the game's performance.
