    Euro Truck Simulator

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if I can play Euro Truck Simulator on my old pc:

Intel Pentium Dual Core E2200 @ 2.20GHz (OC AT 2.40)
    1GB DDR2 Ram
Intel GMA G33/G31 Express Chipset Family

Thanks for the quick reply :)

    Hi,

the minimum system specs for this game are:

    · Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent
    · 512 MB RAM (1 GB on Windows Vista)
    · 128 MB video card: GeForce 4 or better, ATI Radeon 8500 or better
    · DirectX 9 compatible sound card
    · DirectX 9.0
    · 600 MB of free hard drive space

    Recommended system requirements are:
    · Processor 3.0 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent
    · 1 GB RAM (2 GB on Windows Vista)
    · 256 MB video card: GeForce 6 or better, ATI Radeon 9800 or better

You should be able to run it, the only thing that could slow the game a bit is your integrated GPU, but your pc seems to be good for this game :)
    Give it a try!

If this game supports very old video card, then why I can't get a playable FPS with it? I also tried playing ETS on my laptop with HD 3200 and I get 20-35 FPS, and its still low, any help?

PS. I could only get higher frame rates when the sound is off.

because an Intel integrated card based on a old Pentium Dual Core is a really weak card... but try it, it should work, also at a playable framerate. Often it depends of what graphics engine the game uses.

    Update your sound drivers..

Uhmm, I really need to go in DirectX mode, because some peoples say if you play on OpenGL mode, you get lag but:

Try searching for "DirectX Library". Pretty sure you'll get the right results.
