SYNDICATE PC game reports memory could not read.click ok to terminate.

I have windows 7 utimate 32 bit version,ati radeon 1 gb graphic card on my laptop, 2 gb of ram.i installed game SYNDICATE on my machine.it tooks longer to start after i double click its desktop icon.it goes on well but when it loads its first stage it suddenly freezes.it shows the loading progress and then says to press return(enter) key .when i press the screen freezes.i can hear its audio but not video. then some seconds later,a pop up appears saying "instruction at 0xnumbers refrence memory 0x00000.memory could not read.click ok to terminate".

i have reinstalled, increasd page file volume, checked my machine nothing worked,i updated it.drivers are updated.

can anyone please help?

i couldnt find working solution for it through google!..
