Windows 7: Need help with 2 GTA's

OK I need help with -GTA SA- and -GTA IV-.

So, San Andrea's works and all, but I want something...MORE! New cars! everyone wants them right? So I went to (gtainside.com) and downloaded 2 cars. BMW and a Camero, then I used Sammy to install them. Note: I DO NOT HAVE THE REAL GAME I GOT IT OFF PIRATEBAY.SE!, So I installed it, it started but when it starts to load on the pictures it stops working.. anyway to fix this?

Now on to GTA IV.

My GTA IV is the real version I bought it off Gamestop App so I can not contact Steam. (also there support sucks) So, it didn't work at first so I un-installed it then re-installed it twice! the first time I installed it the RGSC (Rockstar Games Social Club) app and the .exe apps were not there. so I re-installed it again -_- and it worked! till I logged into RGSC then it doesn't do anything! so, can anyone explain why GTA IV isn't starting up? also GTA SA car mods.
