Minecraft + Fraps crash display driver

When I try to record a video with Fraps in Minecraft after about a minute or two the display driver crashes and gets restored, leaving Minecraft a blank window and sometimes crashing Fraps, too.

    Display Drivers:
    AMD Vision
    Version 2011.0419.2218.38209

    Display Cards:
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 (For Desktop use)
AMD Radeon HD 6370M (For Gaming)

Let me know if you need any more information.

It would help you a lot more if you go over to the main unofficial minecraft forums for assistance.

I thought it would be better here, since I have posted something on the Minecraft Forum but nobody replied with helpful solutions.

Try recording with a diffrent program. Just temporarily so we can see if the problem is just fraps. Game booster has a good recording option which also displays fps

    Ok, here's what's up:
    1. The audio is off but that can be fixed with editing
    2. The game goes veeeeeeeeeeery slow. Much slower than any other recorder.
    3. Graphics issues
    4. Video has awful quality.

Thanks for the suggestion though, I might use it for other games. The game or drivers didn't crash during recording, so that's good.

Numbers 1 and 4 are from the video. 2 and 3 from the game
