Mortal Kombat 4 Install issue on Win7x64 HP

Hi everybody i have some problem installing an old old old game as you saw on the title its the MOrtal Kombat 4 for Windows 7 x64 Home Premium

When i open the folder i have 4 files

and when i start the SETUP.exe after the administrator permission screen i`ve got this screen



and i can not click to any other icon just the exit. sometimes its flashing i mean the buttons flasing but i can not click to any other button but the exit :S

Had the same problem on Win7 Ultimate x64. It's because the effing Mk4.reg is incorrect.
Remove what is in there and replace with the following:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GT Interactive]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GT Interactive\Mortal Kombat 4]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GT Interactive\Mortal Kombat 4\1.00]
"Path"=".\\"
"Setup"="".

Then import it into the registry by doing:
Right click on Mk4.reg
Click Open with
Click Registry Editor

Run
Setup.exe
The Install button is still greyed out, but the 'Play Game' button is now clickable.
Or you can run
"Mortal Kombat 4.exe"
and it will start the game immediately
