I think he means to remove old gfx drivers totally before installing new ones.
Check this out Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

Oh, right, I removed them just from the device manager,my bad.
What exactly do I need to check from a list?
    AMD - Display + Realtek - Sound?
    Thanks for fast replies:)

    Hi Nyafka,

Thank you for the quick response; good that you've tried steps in the guide suggested by 'Pauly': Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling

If the system continues to freeze-up while playing games, something else may be responsible. You may try the following troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue:

    1. Please share the name/details of 'games' that lead to issues. In the mean while, you may try updating 'Adobe Flash Player' using the following link: Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player
If the 'games' are 'online games', try using another browser e.g. 'Google Chrome', Mozilla Firefox', etc. (Also share the 'Java version' installed in the system)

    2. If the issue persists, try to 'clear up' the 'Startup' in 'Msconfig'; you may refer to the following article: Perform a clean startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your game or program

    3. If you still experience issues, please try the system performance in 'Safe Mode'

Hope this helps. Do reply with the findings.
