Best 3D solution for gaming with LG 32LM669s cinema 3D TV + PC?

Greetings to all,

I buyed an LG32LM669s cinema 3D TV for a few days and trying to configure it with my computer to be able to play in 3d at it's best possible way.
Can anyone help me in this please?
The TV has actually 400Hz refresh rate, but with HDMI connection I can have 60-75Hz at maximum of refresh rate. Funny thing is also that the 3D mode in the TV says supported 3D modes are:
1920x1080x32@24Hz or
1280x 720x32@60Hz

I have 2 problems with that. The response of the mouse and the controls getting delayed and the quality of the image is getting terrible...

So please tell me how can I get better quality and no delays?
Second question is: If I buy 3D vision shutter glasses, are they gonna work with my TV?

Thanks in advance
Regards
Bela

Edit: I found the problem with the delays... The TV has an option to adjust by screen settings (in the TV) how you like to use it. Here you have to set it to "gaming device" or so... (I don't know the exact name, cause I use it with hungarian language)
