    TF2 Stutters/freezes when I move my mouse

So I got a new mouse and installed the drivers for it and everything went fine. Though when ever I play team fortress 2 I get sound and video stutter only when i move my mouse. I searched google a bit and it talked something about changing the polling rate to fix it but I don't know how. Anyways i'm using a R.A.T 3, some help would be appreciated. Can't play my fav game because when ever i move the mouse the game stutters and loops the sound and the video freezes along with it but when I stop moving it it goes back to normal and when I just walk around everything is fine.
Link to the mouse i'm using Cyborg R.A.T 3 Gaming Mouse

    TF2 Stutters/freezes when I move my mouse

Well I tried playing mass effect 2 and it does the same thing. I read somewhere because the polling rate is to high or something. On the box of the mouse it says it's set to 1000Hz but i'm unsure how to change it and I looked at a video on how to change it but it failed and i had to uninstall the driver with my spare mouse and then reinstall the driver for my new mouse and it started working again.

    EDIT:

Well I was able to fix my own issue but it was a pain.

Apparently I was only suppose to install HIDUSBF and not both HIDUSBF and HIDUSBFU. That was my issue and why my polling rate would not change. Anyways the stuttering went away setting it to 250Hz which is disappointing since this mouse is able to do 1000Hz easy but apparently my games don't like that. Well at least the dpi settings for the mouse work fine out of the box and am able to change dpi settings to slow it down or make it faster when ever I switch mode.

Anyways posting this here just in case anyone comes across this issue and hopefully they won't go through the trouble I did.

After playing around with this even more I found the real solution

All i had to do was install my chipset drivers XD everything works perfect now at 1000Hz with my mouse. No need to tweak it.
Who knew it was something as simple as installing chipset drivers for my mobo.
Anyways wanted to post this here since this is much easier method. The other method should be a last resort.
