How do I "activate" Run as Administrator Option?

Running W'7 Homey Edition and I now with MS would have given us the option to choose whether or not to run every program etc. as Adminstrator or not............because...........I am presently running a utilkity named "SweetFX Configurator" and it does not offer me the option to Open it as Adminstrator ..... and there are several games that I woulld like to LINK up with it......but when I get to that stage, it tells me it can't but I might try running SFX Config. as Administrator that might do it. I have now spent alot of time trying to figure out a simple way to do this - to NO avail............can someone here PLEASE turn me on to a nice simple way to open up this option...........

    THANK YOU, michael

Maybe this will help you help: The program/Utility is titled: "SweetFX Configurator" so when I right click on the Shortcut and click on Properties and it opens up, these are my options within Properties:
    General\Security\Details\Previous Versions

Type of File: Clickonce Applicationn Reference [appref-ms]

[I compared what came up when I clicked on Properties in several other of my shortcuts and they all had "2 "Target" windows - the SFX C. does not have those, and as I stated does no offer "Compatability"]

I am beginning to think I best accept the fact that this will no be useable with cetain games - probably those that are Adminstrator started???
