Freeze / Sound Stutter during League of Legends

    Problem:

I'm having a problem with League of Legends that I didn't usually have. But I came play the game for a few hours and get a few matches in, that is, until mid-game and then it freezes and the sound stutters/loops endlessly. It's pretty much like 0:16 - 0:19 in this video. The only difference being the problem doesn't fix itself, it just stays frozen w/ the suttering sound and I have to manually reset my computer. From that point on I'm able to play League for a few hours before the same problem occurs again.

I've attached a dxdiag that contains my computer information. Hopefully someone can help me fix this.

EDIT: Did I post this in the right forum? Or maybe should I have posted this in Crash/Debugg? Just curious! Thanks for the help!

Ok mate the temps for the CPU and mobo look absolutely fine but one two tips use the snip tool for getting screen shots

How to Use the Snipping Tool in Vista when you save the snip (I save to desktop for ease) you just use the Manage attachments button below this screen to browse for the snip and upload it. It is much quicker than any other method I know and you can right click on the original snip and use paint to outline stuff in the pic for clarity on what you are talking about. I keep snip pinned to my taskbar for quickness.

Second always wipe out all or part of your licence activation code in those shots I can see yours in that attachment you sent - you never know who is watching - edit and delete it mate when I reply - do that using the eraser in Paint.

A snip of this post - now the problem we still cannot see the temps of the gpu's I shall have to get onto my graphics mate and ask how we get them:)

Doesn't really matter but the section you said would be good but not now so far your are doing just fine:)

Alright. I deleted the activation like you said and I know that I don't use a separate graphics card currently. I'm using the integrated graphics card in my CPU I believe so that's probably why nothing showed up there?

Though I'm getting a graphics card later, I didn't think LoL was too demanding graphics wise. Also do you still want me to snip stuff now that you know I don't have a dedicated graphics card?

No mate it might just be that the on board graphic cannot handle the amount of stuff you are putting through. Am no real exert at what games take what so I cannot comment any further on that.

A graphics card is what I would be looking at which exactly I am not sure but I have a mate who knows what you may need.

To better help us to help you would you please add your systems specs? Here's how:SystemInfo See Your System Specs Under System Manufacturer/Model Number add whether it is a desktop or laptop and whether self built. Very important

Log in to Seven Forums and you will be able to transfer the info directly to the specs page in your profile from within the System Info app.

After doing this your specs will be available in each of your posts.
Click on My system Specs in the lower left of this post to see how it should look.:)
Full instructions are in the tutorial.

You're correct, the integrated HD4000 GPU was not meant for any real gaming chores although it will handle low end games. Did you try disabling multi-core rendering as the video suggested? (I have no idea what that is.)

I will try to make a GPU recommendation when I see you specs filled in as outlined above. You'll have to manually put in your power supply info and pay attention to the red text.

Completed the tutorial. And yeah it's a desktop my father made for me.

And I didn't try disabling multi-core rendering because League of Legends doesn't have that option. I was really just using an excerpt of the video to try and throw out a more concrete example of what I was going through when it froze. Thanks for the continued feedback btw everyone.

With your specs, which are what I consider high-ebd, any of these GPUs would work well, but if you have more money you can go higher.
