Windows 7: latency high as hell

latency high as hell

*** I istalled Windows 7 Ultimate RC 7100 build and it's appears for games its piece of crap just like vista, when I had windows xp in CS 1.6 I had 30-50 ping, now in same servers I have 150-500 ping, what the hell is going on with Windows 7???? (And actually fps are far more lower than on xp)
