yes it is the same for 7 like I said I already went through this with a previous HD6870 RMA Is to send it back to the manufacturer for assessment to see if they will send you a new one because ethe one you have is going bad or simple is in need of replaced though warranty After these updates yesterday my Video card driver fails every 30 sec
