    BSOD When playing Simcity 5, Error 0x00000101


    I just purchased Simcity 5 today and I started playing it and I got a BSOD after about 20 min. Before I started to play the game it said that one of my programs was out of date(I think this is the fix). My pc was fixed after having around 4 BSOD's I have not have had any issues until now.

    I have a acer aspire AX3470-EF10P. I have a up to date graphics.

    To download the SF diagnostic tool click on the link below

    SF Diagnostic Tool - Using for Troubleshooting

    After you have downloaded the programs

    • Right click on the program and choose Run as administrator
      Then click on the GRAB ALL button ( see image below)
