Age of Conan freeze zones

Hy, i have a lot of issues with age of conan after i switched to w7 from xp, it's got a lot of freeze zones and the fps drops dramatically very often. Things get worse cuz i have other games too that most of them behave quite good with no fps drops and only this one and team fortress 2 are very problematic.
Some of my games are:
company of heroes
need for speed shift
unreal tournament 3
test drive unlimited
street fighter 4
trackmania nations forever

My cpecifications are:
intel core 2 quad 2.4 ghz
nvidia 9600 gso 768 mb
2 gb ram ddr2

I tried running the game in dx9 and dx10 and there was no change; when i run it i have all the settings from dx9 to max but i don't think that causes the problem cuz i ran aoc at max setting in xp and it didn't have any issue at all.

Do you know any solution to this?
