Nvidia 210 Cpanel Settings for Windows 7 x64 (Games)

Hello, I recently installed Ghost Recon FS but its laggy on my pc.
4gb ram
Super drive
250gb sata dell
Dell optiplex 960
Nvidia geforce 210 1 gb sddr3
Intel q6600 2.4 ghz c2q

Every game runs smooth on medium-high setting like, bf3, nfs mw2, gta iv, ac brotherhood, mass effect 3, cod bo, cod mw3, ...
But why this one Lags?!
I think nvidia cp settings can stop this lag, can sum1 tell me which option to turn on / off / app controled?
I have latest, 320.18 drivers. Gimme some suggestion. Thanx for Adv.

Try installing GeForce Experience, it`s supposed to optimize your game settings for you.

Tweak your Game Settings Automatically | GeForce Experience | GeForce

What does Graphics Card 2.6 GB mean in your specs ?

And why don't you at least have Microsoft Security Essentials installed ?
