Solution for Prototype and Crysis:Warhead on x86

Well for a cple days now i couldnt track down why these two games would just hang on load, well i finally figured it out and just in case anyone else runs into problems on a 32bit system or any for that matter.

the fix is to disable local kernel debugging via bcdedit.
Some people like me who do other things on their systems may have enabled this, if you have, some games wil have issues with it as it allows access to the kernel in ways that shouldnt be allowed..

go to Command prompt and simply type:
bcdedit -debug off

and reboot.

regards
blaquee

Why did you have kernel debugging on in the first place?
