    Any of you Tactical Buffs...

Playing TakeDown yet? This is a Serellan game. All I have been able to find is the Trailer and that is it so I don't even know if the game is out but I believed I read somewhere it has been out since the 21st?

Went looking for a Demo but I did not find any, got to check out the trailer but I got nausea it to death, perhaps it was the head bobbing of the video camera but I am hoping that the actual game does not feel that way... there are some games that do this to me and in a bad way, weird!

Anyways, I read the game is all about tactical movements and stealth, graphics don't look like will win Eye Candy of the year award but, if the gameplay is good, I am there... I just need to read a bit more reviews from normal persons and not website that have been paid to review it.

TD: Red Saber has been available since the 20th. I picked it up because tactical shooters are kind of rare these days.

Yeah. It's decent. You will die a lot and it will be your fault when you do. Hardcore tactical shooting goodness, but of the oldschool kind. A.I. is kind of stupid, but dying is easy. No regenerating health and your squad is not made up of bullet sponges.

It's worth every bit of $15 if you're a tactical shooter fan. Though, not much more than that. It's an XBLA or DL title and that's what you get. Entertaining, fun in an old school kind of way, but nothing that's going to blow you away or keep you busy for very long. Does have replayability due to non linear levels, but the only thing that will keep you playing is a lack of other similar shooters on the market recently.

It is a nice change of pace from CoD or Battlefield's mindless gunplay. It's not terribly difficult, but you do have to think and plan, and running around blasting stuff will only make you die very quickly.

I've heard it's better with multiplayer, particularly the PVP mode. Co-op is a bit easy to anyone who knows how to play this kind of shooter as I understand it. The loadout customization is nice as well, there are lots of weapon options and you can choose ammo type as well and bullets penetrate realistically. Door breaching explosives are nice, but you've got to be careful with them as they can kill what is on the other side of the door as well.

It's not amazing, but there aren't a lot of Tactical Shooters these days and this is a good one for the price.

Did you suffer from head bobbing or you have the option to turn that off? that's about the only thing that is keeping me from buying it. Wasting 15 bucks is not something I like to do but I really want to play the game if I will not have to vomit all over the keyboard to do so

There is no head bobbing. Your keyboard is safe.
