Friends Cant Join Minecraft Hamatchi Server

I have tried deleting hamatchi, reinstalling minecraft, updating, rebooting, turning off firewall,(Auto off cant turn it on(Other post)) and tried joining with my PC and it works, also i have tried port fowarding! they get ("cannot connect to server") and my server is on and im in it!

Windows 7 Home Premium x64

Are you sure you're giving them the correct IP address?

1. Right click the grey colored part at the top.

2. Click copy IPV4
