Windows 7: laptop lags every couple of seconds, need help

I'm thinking that radeo is your primary card so go to amd.com and download their latest driver for your card, save it to a temp folder you can get to it later.

Check the manufacturer of your audio an do the same, most like you will have realtek hd audio so get those drivers as well.

Google the best way to install your drivers and do that... test the game afterwards, hopefully, it will help

Then it could be that your laptop does not meet the requirements of the game... do not go with the "Minimum" requirements, that only means your rig will install the game but the gameplay will be lackluster at best... check the recommended requirements
