Looking for an amazing game to test my laptop
My Dell 15z XPS has a core i7 processor which I'd really like to push to it's limits with a game. Are there any 3D "monster truck" driving games trhat you would recommend?

No. "Monster Truck" type games are usually pretty low budget. There aren't any of that type that will push your laptop very hard. They are pretty much all cheap crap with bad controls and graphics.
The only game I can think of that comes close is Burnout Paradise Ultimate Box. It's fun and has nice graphics. It's got arcade style controls and it's as much fun to wreck your car as it is to race around. There are several events besides racing as well, such as 'Marked Man' where a group of cars tries to run you off the road, 'Stunt Run' that has you making jumps and doing tricks for points, or 'Takedown' that has you forcing other cars into wrecking.
There is a DLC pack that has a Monster Truck. However, it's a miniature monster truck. It's the Toy Cars pack, and no, it is not included in the Ultimate Box, you'll have to buy the DLC separately. You can get Burnout Paradise through Steam, but you cannot buy the DLC that way. There is an in game store where you must purchase them.
Saint's Row 2 or 3 has monster trucks in them, but they are GTA Clone/Parodies and not really racing games. The monster trucks are also not available until they are unlocked. It is fun to drive them around through the game world breaking stuff though.
There aren't many games with monster trucks in them. There are a couple of cheap budget titles that are pure Monster Truck games, but as I said, they are complete crap and won't get anywhere near to pushing your system.
Crysis one still pushes systems today or you could try crysis three lol but watch your temps.
Thank you for your suggestions
^^ try Crysis 1 not Crysis 2 and you will feel your CPU really being pushed
