I am not sure of IDM. But, you need the drivers and install them.

First off why aren't you listing your system specs so we know what type of video card or machine we are dealing with

I know the other poster is helping you but not knowing your specs he is throwing blind help at you

Help us out and fill out your machine in full detail if you don't know download this and use it to get your specs Speccy - System Information - Free Download

Now after we get this established we can further diagnose your situation it's pointless to help you if we don't what's causing the problem from what it sounds you need to do some updating and maybe some Direct X update but when you get us the information we will cross that road

Also if you are having browser issues something is telling me there is more going on then just the Video Card

This is the IDM error (1) and the error message when click on "play multiplayer" on the game (2). And the (3) is the image of my system specs.
And also the "AC4BFSP.exe has stopped working problem" message as I said appears when going to second stage of the game.

You can uninstall IDM and then try to download the drivers.

Because of the bans I'm not able to download directly. I should use the proxies and they disconnect many times when downloading.
    I live in Iran.

It doesn't do the work I need. I should first download that f... driver. I don't know is there any other place that that driver exists there or not.

Best thing for you to do is delete the eithernet adapter

refresh it for a reinstall if that doesn't work do a system restore and see if that fixes it then try to download the new video card driver at this point this would be your best shot without doing a clean install
