Welcome to Seven Forums Ronziovoxo. See if this works

Go to the Control panel and select Keyboard.

    Select the Key settings Tab.

Scroll down to Caps lock and double click it.

Uncheck the box marked Displays CAPS Lock status on screen.

Oh, it's a laptop? Is it not the PC in your specs? Is it perhaps a Dell? From the same link

Im running on a Dell Inspiron Laptop home edition, with same issue. I just did a search on Dell forum and found this answer. Similar to yours.

    in regedit go to

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Dell Computer Corporation\QuickSet\QuickSetControl and set it to1

    This worked for me :)

NB: Always backup your registry before you make any changes.

I can't seem to find anything specific to your Gigabyte laptop. Usually the notification is part of the keyboard driver, which would be Gigabyte specific. You can sometimes uninstall the driver, reboot, and let windows add it's own driver. That would disable the notification, but could also disable other Gigabyte specific key functions.

I don't see any specific keyboard driver listed on their site

    GIGABYTE - Notebook & Netbook - Legacy - E1500

There is an OSD driver listed (OSD= On Screen Display)

I don't want to advise you to do something that might disable another function you may want. A Guy

Haha omw.. The OSD sounded familiar so i checked my notifications and there was a icon about OSD so i quit it and it worked all gone! A friend also showed me how to stop the OSD from opening whenever i start my computer again! Aaah thanks a million man. :)
