I don't know what else to say other than making sure you DX (directx) files are up to date.

Download DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer from Official Microsoft Download Center

And for the record, you might want to change the title because saying you downloaded a game is a far cry from saying Battlefield 4 isn't working or has errors.

And if this is an official legitimate game.... Origin MUST be installed.

    Good luck.

Just out of plain interest, when you buy a game, download it, and install it, it will install into your program files folder, why is the game files being placed on the desktop?.
.DLL problems only 99% of the time occur when a game has been illegally downloaded, cracked and installed.
I'm in no way accusing you of illegally download any games or anything, just voicing what i know on the matter, hope you get it to work buddy!.

Game files should not install on your desktop unless they are extracted files of a temporary nature. I can't say I ever remember game files installing to my desktop unless it was the shortcuts to it and some of the other stuff that might be included with the game.

And yes, illegally downloaded files do present problems; and sometime this is intentional by the developer as certain files may be missing or altered.

just to throw it out there, no i didnt download it cracked or whatever, maybe i should have been more careful with the wording, the reason i downloaded into a new folder on desktop is because it said it wanted to download in recovery D: and seeing how it was full, and me not being good with computers i figured why not make a new folder and download it to desktop, i see now it should be in programs(86x) and fixed that

but iv ran direct x installer more then enough to knw all the files are there, even ran dxdiag to get confirmation on everything being right, if all i need is the program one of them suggested i will try it should work or maybe my PC isn't good enough for the game, hopfully i can return it if it isn't up to standard!
