Could try running fraps on a 2nd drive since fraps may possibly be slowing down the your primary drive and also fraps uses a lot of cpu as well. Another thing you could try is switching to another recorder like the one noobergoober suggested.

You can check out this video I found , explains how to set up msi afterburner for recording. As for the game hiccuping when recording i'm going to assume it's a issue with fraps. Could try recording in half quality maybe if you still want to use fraps and see what happens.

Drop Down Problem....
Whenever I try to access a drop-down menu containing numbers or dates, the data is obscured by garbage as you can see from the attached screen grab taken from OpenOffice Writer. This occurs in both programs and the browser, Chrome. I have run system check software but nothing stands out. Any idea...

Win 7 explorer drop down
Hi there Is there any way to get old/proper functionality of the explorer drop down bar? Currently it shows me a (random?) history of locations. I haven't yet worked out how it decides what goes in there. And as such I find it pretty useless as 9/10 times where I want to go isn't in the...

Ok then, I've had this problem for a while but I've noticed it more and more as times gone on. I'm no noob to computers, I've done all the checks to it, such as updates to systems and whatnot, I check the fans periodically on it and other things, defrags and everything. My specs are:...

I've read seemingly hundreds of posts about this topic and none of them have helped me. We just deployed 10 new Dell Optiplex 380's with Windows 7. We have a Windows Server 2003 that is our file/print share but we are moving back to a WORKGROUP setup. Network connectivity drops at seemingly...
