games can't connect/won't hold a connection

how did i not get notification of these posts until right now....
anyway, no, i'm still having the problem.

We had not heard from you and I was hoping you found a solution to your problem.

...i kinda figured. and as i said, i was wondering why i didn't get the email notifications that there were new posts (i subscribed to the thread). also, as i mentioned, i did not fix it yet. sorry if there was any miscommunication there.

and somehow it magically started working. i can play UT04 again

err...glad to hear it (whatever happened...)

i seriously have no idea what happened lol. the only thing i've done was change my RAM to fix another problem and all of a sudden it worked. can't imagine it was RAM that was keeping it from connecting though.

Thanks for the feedback zx81... you are not the only one with these problems and by reporting back what you did to solve it will help the rest of us.
