Game cursor looks down when clicking right, left, or scroll wheel.

So I have this problem on my steam games where when I shoot the cursor automatically looks down or goes to a certain area. I actually worked around this by setting the game exe's to run as administrator. Now I turned UAC off as I have a lot of programs that prompt the run as admin pop up and it's getting quite annoying. The problem is that the cursor jumping has returned with it so I am forced to turn UAC on again.

Any idea why that happens or why I even need to set the exe to run as admin to not have the cursor jumping? This doesn't happen to mass effect 3 on Origin.

Here are vids of the problem. One with Warframe goes to the upper left corner. This happens to all of the games iirc. CS source didn't record correctly it seems hence the hissing sound.

    CS:S

    Warframe

    Steps taken:
    1. Pointer enhance precision is off
    2. tablet input service is off
    3. I've tried to reinstall steam and the games.
    4. Graphics drivers.
    5. Used different mouse. (G9 and an Ouroboros)

    I'm gaming on a Lenovo y580 btw.

OK FOUND THE ANSWER. For anyone else having this problem I hope you find this post.

It was Just Gestures that was messing it up. I deduced this while making new accounts and somehow my mind pointed out that Just Gestures wasn't on those accounts. Closed it in my original account and it fixed it. Now trying to find an answer why it does this. Will try to see a workaround.

Sorry, no idea whatsoever and I rather not rant or speculate as to what it could be.

All I could advise is for you to get newer drivers of mouse, keyboard, audio and video, save them to a temp folder, uninstall your drivers, go into safe mode, run CCleaner to clean and registry, restart again, let win 7 install generic drivers, restart again, then run with admin privileges (right click and Run as Admin) on each new drivers, restart and hope that it takes care of whatever is causing the issue.

Ok I'll try that. Thanks. I'll post the results

*So tried it and alas it didn't work. It only happens with steam games. I wonder if steam has anything to do with it

Ok so just created a non admin account on my laptop and ran CS:GO from there setting it to not run as admin. The problem doesn't manifest here. I don't think gaming on a non admin account is really the solution though. I don't have a clue how this happens

*Made another admin account and ran the same from there and problem doesn't manifest as well.

Well it seemed like Just Gestures didn't register the games blacklisted with the left mouse button which is usually the fire button. Right mouse button didn't work as intended though which is the main gesture button but it supports dual clicks as an action as well so there.

I used Strokeplus now. So far so good. Tried not to blacklist the games with it at first and it happened again so blacklisting was really the problem.
