Haven't really played the game for some time. I will post if I remember anything else.

VC++ Redist 2008 is not the only one, get all just in case - 2005/2008/2010/2012/2013 both x86 and x64

Edit: VC Redist 2012 is in commonredist folder, and see https://support.rockstargames.com/hc...ation-Download

I have Steam version
I have installed each and every C++ Redist already my steam installed required versions automatically from many months. Both .exe's you mean Play GTA V and GTAVLauncher?

Also can you upload your Update file so I can download it? do you have latest update installed?
Where is the update file located?

EDIT: found it but mine is 7.58GB (the folder) how big is yours? Break down pic added.
The update file is located here:

X:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf

The .rpf file is the update file I only pasted it and it's about 320MB approx. I have Update 5 I think the latest is Update 6 or 7

I have Social Club version

Updated just last night (no idea when it was released), what kind of file do you need? Steam doesn't keep update files somewhere as far as I know.
I need update.rpf file located in the "Update" folder in the main directory but I have the Social Club version

I'm going to try now by setting both files "Run as Admin".

Update:

Well running both as Admin doesn't help either here are the 2 screenshots attached.

By social club version do you mean the version on steam, by your folder structure I guess not?

EDIT: does your update file start with this but a 5 in the front?

It is the retail version (or the download from Rockstar directly) as far as I know, no idea if it will help you but almost uploaded it. You can then try.

Ok after doing so many things and tricks nothing worked! I uninstalled GTA V and Social Club from my PC.

Now I decided to re-download the whole game but I was wondering to download the "Pirated Version" by Reloaded through Torrent coz when I downloaded GTA V through Social Club it sucked all of the bandwidth and I wasn't even able to browse any website or anything. I was thinking if it is possible to download Reloaded ISO file and install it and then install Social Club and select that directory where I installed Reloaded version of GTA and repair it and verify it's files through SC client so will it support those files?

I wouldn't trust the reloaded version of the game because it may contain modified files. If you are lucky to find an original installer in an ISO, download it!

actually I have no idea where to download that file one of my friend says it's possible to use that data and don't use any crack or pirated files which are required to run. One of my friend has the Reloaded iso downloaded in his pc and he told me to get it and try!

All I can see my $40 goes down the toilet right now.
