Currently playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut. It has a lot more content and story integrated into it than the original game. And even though this is my 3rd go round with the game, because of the new content, it feels like a brand new game.

See my post for what's new - https://www.sevenforums.com/gaming/31...tor-s-cut.html

Anyway this is the first time I've had time to look at a game in a while. Feels good.

Going through the Metro Last Light DLC .Wait for sales though - most aren't worth $5 each.

Batman Origins is a pretty good title. If you liked/loved Arkham City, you'll enjoy this one as well. Just don't expect ground breaking territory. It's essentially more of the same. Which is a good thing, yet it does lack that 'fresh' feeling that we got from Arkham Asylum> Arkahm City.

As usual, PhysX is pretty well implemented and does add a nice touch to the overall ambience. it's not a deal breaker, but if you can use it, do so.

One of the few major downsides is the FOV. The camera is far too "full of" Batman. It's actually quite distracting on a single screen. Combat is the same yet another irritation is that some "finishing/cinematic" moves bring the fps to a crawl. It does have a few bugs which a patch or two should hopefully fix.

And another surprise game gem, is Lego Marvel Superheroes. Fun and fluid gameplay, lots of lighthearted humour and it looks pretty good for a port. It makes a nice change from over the top "heavy themes" and dark and humourless tittles. You definitely don't have to be a kid to enjoy it.

Finished AC3 I think I'm not sure weather I've seen the ending or not as the ****IN' credits start rolling they cannot be skipped and I watched the clock they started at 9:29PM to well I just pressed the Alt+F4 on keyboard at 9:47 and they were still rolling. They cannot be skipped you cannot do anything just to watch billions of names going up and up and up where you will notice that UBISOFT actually hired more than 1000 female workers named Stephane!

This is so frustrating when you can actually skip any cinematic in-game by holding down a button but cannot skip the shitty credits and see names of people you want to kill after few minutes rather than giving them credit for making such a great game and where all of them forgot to add the skip button on the credit screen! Now as a result I cannot play further and have to see all the ending again first and then the credits. These are the longest credits I've ever seen in the history of Gaming/Movies/Documentaries/Dramas or anything you name. What a let down...

Haven't played the game but yeah, the never ending credits in some games is simply ridiculous at times. It seems they name everyone from the roach feeder to the yet to be born children 10 generations ahead... from every country. Makes for some ridiculously long credit runs; and then, at the very end... throw in a teaser video

You could actually appreciate all the people in the list rather then being mad about not skipping the credits. Some people like me are happy to watch them and see all the people devoted to making something great.

I don't mind watching credit runs, I do it all the time after watching a movie, but it's one thing to watch credits, it's another for them to list everything from dog poop picker upper to the janitors who cleaned every production manager's office in every country.

I know we exaggerate, but it goes to the listings and lengths of credit runs in games. Not even movies list everyone who's ever sniffed the movie. Perhaps they too should list everyone in every city who's ever previewed it before release.

Sorry but the credit runs in some games is just annoyingly way too long. And this is coming from person who wouldn't mind seeing the credits, but 10-50 minutes in, you're ready to pull the plug

    My two cents.

Yes I totally agree with sygnus21.. I also don't mind watching all the credits but the credits looks ok if they are on screen for 5 mins or 10 mins not like nearly half an hour passed and they don't seem to end forever. They should make the skip button instead of making people go mad about it waiting the credits to end and the fact is when we buy there product and say good things about it and spend hours to finish them we already appreciated the makers of that game in our minds or even in discussions over the forums or in a chit chat with friends as you already said that some people like you are happy to see so you gave the answer already which means "not everyone happy to see them"
