It is the retail version (or the download from Rockstar directly) as far as I know, no idea if it will help you but almost uploaded it. You can then try.
Here you go, backup your old one before trying this one:

No no I have the official Social Club version not the Steam one.. I bought the key for $40 from Instant-Gaming
There is just 1 file.. I'm not sure what's in it I opened it with Notepad but it's just keep loading..
@GokAy
Thanks for uploading the file I'm downloading it now and will let you know if it works!
Ok after doing so many things and tricks nothing worked! I uninstalled GTA V and Social Club from my PC.
Now I decided to re-download the whole game but I was wondering to download the "Pirated Version" by Reloaded through Torrent coz when I downloaded GTA V through Social Club it sucked all of the bandwidth and I wasn't even able to browse any website or anything. I was thinking if it is possible to download Reloaded ISO file and install it and then install Social Club and select that directory where I installed Reloaded version of GTA and repair it and verify it's files through SC client so will it support those files?
I wouldn't trust the reloaded version of the game because it may contain modified files. If you are lucky to find an original installer in an ISO, download it!
actually I have no idea where to download that file one of my friend says it's possible to use that data and don't use any crack or pirated files which are required to run. One of my friend has the Reloaded iso downloaded in his pc and he told me to get it and try!
All I can see my $40 goes down the toilet right now.
Well lets hope it works. Other than that, I think reinstallation of windows is the only option.
