Dungeon Siege1 in the DS2 engine..

I have already mentioned this little gem in the sticky above, but I feel it deserves wider recognition..

I really cannot recommend this highly enough, it's a marvellous piece of work
created by a thoroughly dedicated group of modders, with a genuine love for the game..

The DS1 and Legends of Aranna games have been ported over into the Dungeon Siege2 engine..!!
    - the map and graphics are brilliant, and the gameplay is intriguing and provides a real challenge

it's a little tricky to install and set-up but with a bit of effort, will provide you with hours of fun..
it's still in the testing stage, but head over here for full instructions on how to get started:

    - cheers!!

    - by way of a bump - apologies..

    - the game continues in it's development, several resource modules have been updated
    - and it's very, very good..

    - do yourself a favour and give it a go..
    - not often does one find such enthusiasm from the modding community

Thanks for letting us know BugMiester I will definitely give it a shot. I was a big fan of Dungeon Siege series until DSIII came out which was a let down. I still remember the good old days playing DS for hours and hours doing the side quests and exploring each and every place in the map with my favorite party members and swapping and upgrading there armour I mean it was one of the best games I've ever played. With DS2 I had the same fun time and OMG I still remember last Boss fight after that only Dragon Age Origins gave me that feeling of sucking into the screen for hours

The only thing I liked about DS2 was the item system. (Item sets, rares/uniques, etc). Wasnt really a fan of the rest of the game.
