Flight Simulator X [ FSX ] doubts on FPS ?

I recently got an ASUS GTX 660 and Intel i5 4670 on an ASUS motherboard. I have Win 7 x64 bit Ultimate .
I know that many of you don't play FSX but those who continue , then great :)
I have all the main addons like REX , PMDG , FlyTampa etc.
But the problem is that I get only 20-30 frames at payware airports with PMDG . Mostly all my sliders in the settings are set to high . There is no traffic in the airport .... only cars are there.... but still 25 frames !!

After upgrading my PC , I expected somewhere near 50's or 60's but here I hardly get 35
My maximum resolution is 1920x1080 and I have the latest drivers of all components.

I have tried tweaking in NVidia Inspector but it made it worse .... I have watched almost every Youtube Video related to this but at maximum I got 2 or 3 frames more. Please link me to any other YOUTUBE video which is very helpful :)

Also ,Please tell me the best tweaks in NVidia Inspector and FSX.cfg in order to utilize the maximum from my rig

flight simulator x is a hugely power hungry simulator. it will basically eat everything you throw at it.

the main killers are shadows and the rendered 3d buildings. as well as the draw distance.

also mods that arent created by Microsoft are often poorly optimised and can cause issues.

    Hi Fireblaze

Also have a look at this site - Best FSX.cfg and tweaks
Be sure to try out the Venetubo Tool and Nick's windows/FSX Settings Bible

Happy Reading and hope this helps :)

try checking you 'target frame rate'... it's typically set to 24fps.
