It basically means that the game Red Dead Redemption is able to run on Windows 7. Games that are Compatible with Windows 7 means that the game can be run smoothly on that OS (Operating System), and it is 100& legit from Rockstar. Even though it shows a different website, Rockstar's game Red Dead Redemption can be ran on Windows 7 since it is a game released after the release of Windows 7.

Unfortunately, it is not going to be released for PC. But there is a Facebook game called Red Dead Redemption: Gunslingers, but as for the full game it is only for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
