I installed JO and JOE but can't update them. I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Well I did not re-install my game since I have it installed on another partition ans the game works if it does not update try to download the patches and patch it to the lastest one and it should work

I have re-installed my game and it work fine and also updates
