Windows 7: Vampire Bloodlines crashing at Warehouse

Vampire Bloodlines crashing at Warehouse

I've installed Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines on Windows 7 64bit RC and installed the official patch along with the newest (6.5) unofficial patch. The newest patch solved a few problems, one to do with having over 2 gigs of RAM. However, my game crashes randomly, but consistently at loading screens. This is a bother, but I can still make it through well enough, quicksaving at regular intervals. It's usually random in that I can reload and go through the same doorway and it will load, but I've come to a place where it keeps crashing every time I try to enter the new area. Every time I talk to Bertrand Tung to continue the main quest, it crashes when trying to load the new area (Warehouse.) I don't have any disciplines active when transitioning, and I was wondering if anybody knew of any fix or workaround for this (like using the console to load the area and enact any necessary progress points)

Thanks in advance
