Transformers War of Cybertron, Game Lags alot

I've HP Pavilion dm4 2184nr model. With 6GB RAM and 1.6GB Intel HD graphic family 3000 (Driver updated to latest version) card. Full Specification of my model.

I'm playing CS 1.6 with no lags. But Transformer:war of cybertron System Requirements and CS:Source lags System Requirements alot in between the game for about 2-4min. After then it runs smoothly. The lags continues in between and are intolerable.

Also I tried various methods like, setting Above Normal Processing to the games, removing unwanted softwares, banning useful services etc. But that didn't helped much.

Any help will be heartily appreciated.
    Thank you.
    Edit :
I'm sorry it is the wrong section. Please move to Gaming.

Is it possible the GPU is getting too hot, causing it to drop performance to prevent damage? This can be a common problem with gaming on laptop devices.

Well the lag you experience in your GPU is either the the CPU is overheating (It's where the Intel HD is located, WE'RE TAKING APUs.) or It's something that it makes the lag lag

No. It is still the same.

By cleaning you mean software cleaning or cleaning the fan or something?
