    You are using an older, weaker GPU and playing with 1080P resolution.

    I suggest lowering down the resolution to let's say 1024x768 and put everything on low. If that doesn't help then it's time to get a new graphics card.

    Or possibly integrated graphics if the op Doesn't have the budget for GPPU!

    you may have already done this, but if you haven't, you should try it out..
    I see that you're running 64-Bit Windows and have 8G of RAM, so..


    1- make sure you are running the 64-bit version of Java
    http://java.com/en/download/faq/java_win64bit.xml
    NB. follow the installation instructions carefully..

    2 - when you have 64-bit Java installed correctly, see this:

Hey, I kinda have a FPS problem with Minecraft. These are my gpu and cpu: GPU : r9 280x Vapor-X /w boost CPU : intel i7 - 4790 @3.60GHz While on a server I get 150-250 fps, sometimes even under 150. I have Optifine, 64-bit Java, have tried allocating memory and nothing works Could anyone...
I just want to open up this thread for people to show off their specs(including myself, hehe), I run Minecraft usually with an average of 3500-3600 FPS but when it's raining it usually drops by about 100. I can run shaders mod on max settings as well usually maintaining a perfect 3000. I'd test it...
Hi all I have seen a couple of tutorials on how to add memory to Minecraft but none of them have worked very effervescently what is the best way I could do this ?
I can't seem to stop playing MineCraft. Anyone else have this "problem"? :p
