0xc000007b when starting DeadPool & DarkSider II

I recently installed DeadPool & Darksider II and both of them are giving the same error"The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b)"
I tried googling and found that its a problem with 32bit and 64bit files messed with each other & tried uninstalling both games & framework 4.0 but still the same error.
I used dependency Walker & it says

"Error: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in an implicitly dependent module.
Error: Modules with different CPU types were found.
Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module."

Though other games works like Sleeping Dogs, L4D2, GTA IV works fine.
    Thanks.
