Help with ArcheAge, Error Message 126, Missing dll files

So for 4 days I've been attempting to run this game. I can download it fine using the Glyph launcher. But when I attempt to play, I get d3dx9_42.dll is missing and then gives me error 126 error loading DLL:CryRenderD3D9dll.
Now I'm not exactly computer savvy, but with suggestion of downloading DirectX End User Runtime Web Installer I get this message:
Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and launcher multiple times with the same error. I've installed it without Microsoft Fire Wall and turned off Kapersky with no solution.

I am now just scratching my head. Any thoughts from you tech gurus?

Hey there and thank you for the response.

I probably didn't mention that I had already done that. I ended up with a zillion files on my desktop (not quite sure how to get rid of them all except for a lot of clicking to trash bin ) Or should I have saved them elsewhere?
Either way, when I tried to run the DXSetup, I continued to get the same error.

    Still smh :)

Hey Dude! Thanks again for the help. I've been tinkering for a bit and I was able to FINALLY run the DXSetup while Kapersky was off.
    Imagine that?

I love my Kapersky, but it sure is finicky.

Anyway, once I got it to run the game finally loads smoothly. However, what should I do with all those dx files on my desktop, there's a ton :0
